This is what happens when you have a boy and a girl at the same time i.e twins and they have conflicting interest on what their birthday cake should look like. From the look of things, the boy likes Hulk a lot while the girl is a fan of Disney Princesses and the parents wanting to satisfy both of them made this awesome piece.
