David Adedeji Adeleke known professionally as Davido has hinted that his widely anticipated album “Baddest” may not be released in 2016.
Davido made the disclosure in an exclusive interview with Channels Television’s Entertainment News.
The 23-year-old said that music giant, Sony Music BMG, which he recently signed a deal with, requires more time to ensure the album carries global appeal, as well as stage a successful global distribution of the project.
Responding to when the album would be released, the winner of BET Award for Best International Act said.
“I am not sure yet (and) it might not even be this year”.
